Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We strive to provide high-quality Google Play Closed Testing services. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started: If testing has not begun and you request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to assign testers or begin the testing process within the promised timeframe.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Testing has already begun and testers have been actively engaged.
  • The testing period has been completed or is near completion (more than 50% elapsed).
  • The developer's app is rejected by Google Play due to policy violations unrelated to our testing service.
  • The developer provided incorrect or incomplete information that caused delays.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • Your order/app name.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Any supporting evidence or screenshots.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before testing begins. Once testers have been assigned and testing has started, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.
