12 Testers Community provides Google Play Closed Testing support, including:

  • Connecting developers with real testers for closed testing.
  • Organizing testing periods with manual app engagement.
  • Facilitating communication between developers and testers.
  • Providing testing progress updates and feedback collection.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not upload or submit apps containing malware, spyware, or harmful code.
  • Comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price for the selected package. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by 12 Testers Community unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12 Testers Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee that Google Play will approve your app for production release as a result of using our testing service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Play and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our Service or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
